As witnessed this link, the application Philips Hue ZigBee is not available on the Google Play Store ! Since when? What is the reason? We cannot tell you how brutal it is and without any announcement from the Dutch lighting specialist. Still, this is true for all verified stores (FR / US / UK / CA).
Should there be a link with its recent overhaul or with a new update? Indeed, the sexiest app in the sector has recently undergone a successful facelift of its interface, making it much more pleasant to use… When it is available!
No problem, however, for iOS users, the apple store continuing to offer it to iPhone and other iPad users. Likewise, the Bluetooth and Sync apps are still present. Amazing, isn't it?

If you do not wish to wait for the return of the application, we invite you to download it from an alternative "store" such as Aptoide which indeed offers the latest version 3.48.2 of June 03, 2021. If you had already installed it, like most of us, we invite you not to uninstall it while waiting for a press release and a very likely return!
